HHKA Buttercup Prince 20th

Produced by: Virgil Wegener and Steve Washburn of HUB's Shorthorn's near Norton, Kansas. Prince 20th comes from a breeding program that began in 1953, and is still in operation today. He is the by-product of an intensely line breeding program that included Haven Hill King Arthur, Tops 60 Rose-Mont Adair and Mysha Prince Albert 2nd. These are valuable Dual Purpose and Beef Shorthorn genetics from a program that promoted profitable growthy cattle that had to perform on native pastures and wheat & milo stubble. We have a few other bulls from the Hub's program in the semen tank as well (Prince 20th being the oldest). This bull is being researched by the AMSS for "Native" purity, and we hope to here back soon on the results.

We would like to "thank" Steve Washburn for affording us the opportunity to acquire these valuable genetics, and we look forward to using them in our program.
