Welcome to our segment of the HFFS Shorthorn cattle website.

Our cattle operation is based in Sleepy Eye, Minnesota. We have two primary groups of cattle we are working with, our first group is a performance based herd with the intent of breeding cattle for performance and functionality. Our second group is a "Native Shorthorn" herd collectively put together from other native producers. Our primary intent over the next several years is to focus largely on our Native Shorthorns in reproducing sound practical cattle through the influence of select older genetics of the past.
