"Our Program"

Here at Isle, Minnesota, where pasture is rugged and the climate is most challenging, our Shorthorns have to prove themselves in all functions. From birth to the plate and everything in between, under moderate input management or transitioned to low input forage based systems, Hidden Hill Farm bred Shorthorns have upheld the par excellence standard. Environmental sorting for functionality under low input has been our management practice for a number of years now, and the Shorthorns have not let us down.
